Was good.. shame about the noise
Positive: Nice clean apartment for 4 of us. Had everything we needed
Negative: The loud entertainment coming from the centre till late. Sadly it kept us all awake so didn’t get a restful night like we hoped

Lovely relaxing break with just a couple of niggles, easily remedied.
Positive: Second visit in a few weeks. Lovely accommodation, comfy beds quiet and private. Fantastic breakfasts in the Farm Shop restaurant, staff were lovely. Walking distance in to Birchington for a good pub and eating place and a few shops. Good bus route in to Margate or Canterbury so didn’t need to move the car for a couple of days. Will definitely return.
Negative: Bloody sanitary products left in the bin in bathroom!
Latch that secures stable door together has been replaced but it does not latch together very well so is insecure. TV signal is no good for BBC.

Peaceful and enjoyable. My dog enjoyed the location too.
Positive: This was an unplanned work trip. I was met by happy staff. A nice clean room with all the facilities in the kitchen you could need. The bedding was clean and fresh and the beds made well. Breakfast was hearty, fresh and tasty. I also had my evening meal here which was a pizza. The base however was sloppy and most ingredients were still fairly rawish and slid off the pizza. The crust was good though! Needs attention. Thicker bass and cooked for longer. Lovely location.
Negative: The bathroom requires hooks to hang towels.and dressing gown. Storage in the bathroom required as nowhere to place toiletries. Poor tv connection.
Outside the unit a place for wellys or muddy boots is needed as well as a hook for wet coats to dry. I would also suggest a.complimentary cake or fruit. This will also encourage guests to try and buy the good produce on offer. A bottle of complimentary water is needed. You can include this in the pricre and adjust accordongly. Dog accessories required. Bowls and a bed/ blanket and towell for wet weather. Nothing for dogs currently on offer. Entry to the dog area on site should also be accessible.
I would suggest offering, during the booking process. The option to buy additional goods. I.e a bottle of wine, a hamper with fruit or different snacks. A breakfast hamper. This will upsell your goods.
