The Flint Barn at Quex Park Estate

Positive: Our expectations were exceeded! Everything was very clean and the rooms were a very good size, would definitely stay again.

Great stay, the gentleman Ian could not do enough for us and was great. Positive: Everything, when I turned up it surpassed my expectation, if you can defo go into the farm shop. Negative: N/A

Excellent quality accommodation Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a beautiful building full of character and well presented. The barn was fully equipped and the hot tub was a real bonus Negative: Nothing

Idyllic get-away for the whole family (and doggies!) Positive: Absolutely beautiful building/accommodation, set in a lovely estate that has everything you coulld possibly need. The whole experience felt cosy, clean and relaxing. The beds were super comfy, the living space was pleasant, but the biggest highlight was the hot tub! Exactly what myself and my family (and doggies!) needed out of a mini-break away for my Dad's 60th Birthday. The hosts themselves were lovely and attentive. The young gentlemen in particular who showed us to the accommodation was most helpful and welcoming. And thank you so much to the gentlemen (I think, Ian?) who came round on our last evening to let us know that no one was checking in next day and we could take our time in the morning :) definitely didn't want to leave! Negative: Only negative of the entire visit was the attitude of > some < of the bar staff - they came across quite unwelcoming and moody. A big contrast from the hosts themselves!

At a time when mixing has been difficult this was a perfect weekend for our family to bond again. Positive: Excellent all round. Negative: Perhaps provide a recycling bin in the barn?
